Online courses

Online courses are delivered on a separate learning platform, which may have its own terms.

Enrolment, payment and refunds

All payments are final 14 days after booking; refunds may be requested before then. Please contact us for cancellation and postponement rules for on-site or instructor-led sessions. Online self-paced courses are non-refundable, but may be rebooked for an alternative course.
