Questions employers ask
Will this training make our company legally compliant?
No training course on its own makes a company compliant. Training supports your health and safety system, but compliance depends on your overall policies, risk controls, supervision and records. Responsibility for compliance remains with the employer.
Are your courses accredited?
Accreditation or statutory recognition is confirmed per course and will be stated in your quotation where it applies. If it isn't stated, please don't assume it — ask us before booking.
Can you train at our site?
Yes. On-site, instructor-led training can be arranged at your premises, subject to suitable training space and safe access. Venue and virtual sessions are also possible.
What is the minimum or maximum group size?
Group sizes depend on the topic and any practical components. Share your estimated learner numbers and we'll recommend a workable session plan.
Do you provide training records?
Yes. We provide attendance registers and assessment results for your files. Certificate details are confirmed per course in your quotation.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Once we understand your requirements we'll send a written quotation. Complex or multi-site requests may need a short needs-analysis discussion first.
